We ate at The Palazzo in February 2023 when we stayed at The Oaks, which is one of the best hotels in Burnley, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Its high ceilings perfectly suit the glitzy Italian style and allow for a mezzanine level for additional seating. Furthermore, I thought the meal was reasonably priced for the quality of the meal.
