Obsession is one of the biggest events in the UK culinary calendar, so it is one of the top things to do for foodies in Lancashire in January. Northcote chef Lisa Goodwin launched the event in 2001, and it has continued to grow ever since. In 2024, 24 of the UK’s top chefs have one allocated evening when they present their signature menu. Some chefs contributing to Obsession 24 include Michel Roux, Adam Handling, Lorna McNee, Alex Ward, Tom Barnes, and Aktar Islam.
