Red pepper and feta dip with toasted pitta bread and breadsticks at Fino's, a tapas restaurant in Blackpool

Tapas is a style of eating that is common in some countries, especially Spain, and it is increasingly popular in the UK. At Liz Loves Lancashire, it is an eating style we love as it gives us a chance to sample several dishes rather than choosing just one meal from the menu. If you are in Lancashire and want to dine out in Blackpool, you will find some fantastic places to eat tapas. So, which are the best tapas restaurants in Blackpool? Here are some of the best places in Blackpool to eat tapas.

Mi Casa Su Casa: The Best Tapas Restaurant in Blackpool

With consistently high ratings from diners, Mi Casa Su Casa is the best tapas restaurant in Blackpool. There is a fantastic selection of reasonably priced tapas on the menu, all of which use good quality ingredients and are beautifully cooked. It is a Spanish restaurant in Bispham, a neighbouring village that is classed as a Blackpool district, so it is only a tram ride or a short car journey from Blackpool. It is a great option for lunch or an early evening meal before spending the night on the town.

Fino Modern Spanish Tapas: One of Blackpool’s Best Tapas Restaurants Close to the Attractions

black pepper mushrooms at Finos tapas restaurant

If you are in the centre of Blackpool doing some shopping or visiting one of Blackpool’s many attractions, then the best choice for tapas is Fino Modern Spanish Tapas. We were excited to try this in September 2022, and we were not disappointed with the food. The waitress was helpful and friendly, the food arrived promptly, and the prices were reasonable. There is another Fino venue in Preston.

What we ate: Calamari, hummus and pitta bread, goats cheese salad with beetroot and walnut, sardines, mushrooms in cheese and black pepper sauce, and huevo roto (chorizo, fried potatoes, spring onions, and egg).

Nuvo Cicetti Caffe Ristorante: Best Tapas Restaurant in Poulton-le-Fylde

Poulton-le-Fylde is a small market town neighbouring Blackpool, and it is home to Nuvo Cicetti Caffe Ristorante. The small restaurant serves a tapas menu in the evenings and is one of the best tapas restaurants in Blackpool and the surrounding area. There is a different menu in the daytime, including an all-day breakfast menu, salads, wraps, sandwiches, and Mediterranean dishes. Nuvo has various food and drink offers throughout the week. We have eaten at this venue on multiple occasions and enjoyed the food on each occasion. During the day, there is a relaxed vibe, but there is more of a buzz in the evenings when diners order Prosecco or sip on cocktails. It is also worth noting that the team are friendly, and the restaurant is in a convenient location for shoppers.
